How I used to be and behave has all changed today I am sober at last. 4 decades ago when things were rough being that alcoholic I thought there will be an end to all this. Therefore it had been 4 years ago I stopped drinking and decided enough was enough and that I had to do it. I could normally see no potential in alcoholism and I had lost a lot. However, I was told I could do it by the doctor and alter my life as an alcoholic to that of a sober kinder individual. He advised he new many men and women who did no not drink , through work and during his social life. He also told me if I keep drinking I would wind up dead, sooner rather than later.

So what does life feel as though sober for 4 years straight. Life feel fresh interesting, wondrous and altogether a ton simpler. My body My mind a notion patterns have all changed for the good. I don't really consider drinking anymore and think I have conquered alcoholism after 4 years sober.
